How support works
Write before checkout if you need plan length or product fit. After checkout, use email for loader errors, HWID resets, or order questions.
The checkout channel opens the partner flow. It does not replace a ticket once you have paid.
Setup the team expects
Finish checkout, open the operator portal, and download the current Windows loader. Set aimbot, ESP, and the other listed modules.
Read the status banner before you start a match. Stay out of a match when the banner says offline or updating.
Patches and anti-cheat updates can change what still runs. Check the banner again after a game update.
